Hey fellow Rick-o's and Rick-ettes. There is a fellow on YouTube from France ( no, its not Frenchytouch) who I think deserve some attention. He plays Rickenbackers and some other brands ( Gretsch for example) makes stupidly great videos and he is also a really nice and humble person. His name is John Spade.

Great clip! What's the non-Ric guitar featured in the video (with all the switches and chrome)? Is it an Ovation electric?

The "non-Ric" is a Hagstrom. Late in the video, you can see a raised , chrome Hagstrom logo on the forward, upper bout. Here is a picture of the similar Goya Model 90. They were made by Hagstrom. I couldn't find a pic of the Hagstrom.
