They say that a change is as good as a holiday. Huge news, Kenny. All the best to you and Deb on the impending move. :D

Kenny: All the best. It surely must be bitter sweet. I have little doubt that the change will lead to "bigger" and "gigger" things I am sure. Please keep us up to date. I suspect Allied will need a separate truck just for the Rickenbacker gear.

Good luck on the move to Texas! I live in Fort Worth...it's a big city but not "New York" huge like Dallas. One bit of advice: avoid the freeways during rush hour. They turn into a parking lot! Also helps to try to work in "ya'll" and "fixin to" into your vocabulary. Like "Hey ya'll I'm fixin' to play my Rickenbacker." :D

Good luck Kenny! I've moved across the country twice now, and it's worked out for the better both times.

Well, actually, it will. The freeways in SoCal are always parking lots...

Wow.... that's big news.... It is hard for me to imagine RIC without Kenny Howes! Kenny, I wish you and Deb the best of luck and a hassle-free move!

Marc and I are strongly considering a move to Texas as well, most likely to the Woodlands, just north of Houston....we'll let you know when we get there!

Kenny has left out an important bit of information. Here is a photo of his new place, so I can see why he is moving.

All the best, Kenny. Whenever I called Ric regarding customer service issues, it was an absolute pleasure working with you. You were patient, understanding and always helpful. Ric's going to have a difficult time finding someone to fill your shoes. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Thank you everybody, for everything.

A friendly reminder ;) that I'm from the south (26 years in Florida, 6 in Atlanta and a few months in Louisiana), so thunderstorms, bugs and saying "y'all" are already part of my DNA. :)

I wonder if I'll get an accent again? I tend to pick up an accent from whoever I'm hanging out with (ask Graham!), so it's bound to happen.
