Wow....I mean wow!! Feels like the earth shifted on it's axis a bit.

Well miss you around here, dude. Big time. (and at Ric too..)

I guess it's the start of a new chapter in the Kenny Howes story, I'm sure you will succeed at whatever new endeavor you find yourself doing. Best of luck my friend.

Time is tight, but sure! Would probably have to be a school night.

You mean we can all play "Crazy Train" out of tune and out of sync with each other...but on Ric 12-strings? ;)

I could do a school night. Not sure how the other guys are fixed for time.

Joey, Rich, and I actually played "Crazy Train"... on Ricks... on the 4th of July. No 12 strings though. I'm pretty sure we were all in sunc, but we didn't do the synchronized chain headbanging guitar swinging moves. Maybe next year. I should have the EVH/RR-style technique down by then as well.

Hey Kenny, thanks for all of your hard work during your time at RIC. When I called with questions or problems you were always really nice and easy to deal with. If you're passing through Denver, CO during your wanderings feel free to give me a shout, and good luck to you and your "honeychile" during the move--take a lesson from Megan and me, do NOT let a UHAUL trailer sit overnight even if you hit bad weather when you roll into town. We lost a lot of stuff that way--not valuable stuff, but extremely sentimental things like photo albums and heirlooms. It made the move a lot harder for Megan, and I don't want anything like that to happen to you guys or anyone else quite frankly!

Actually, I was thinkin' about everyone playing a different song, with competitive volume, just like you're standing in the middle of the store! Maybe, that would be considered going all 'Best Buy', though. Tom

Would be cool if you found my place, as even the postman can't find it!

Good luck with the move and things to come, Kenny!

Wow, that's big news.
Congrats and good luck to you both.
I hope before you go there'll be a Rickenjam that I can finally make it too, been dying to jam with you all these years.

Sorry to hear that you're leaving RIC, Kenny.... it's been a great association and I'm sure for many it will take a while to come to grips with the fact that there will no longer be that 'automatic link' between Keny Howes and Rickenbacker - in a business sense, anyway. It's been an absolute pleasure spending time with you both during my visits to SoCal and I thank you for being two of the many who have made me feel welcome each time.

On the other hand I'm genuinely excited for both you and Deb about the move and your future prospects in Dallas. I sincerely trust that all goes well for you and that you can find that comfortable 'niche' where you are both happy and stimulated in both your working and private lives.

I do hope that we still hear from you regularly on the forum.... I'm sure there will be many interesting anecdotes as you establish yourselves in your new location.

If I ever get to Dallas I will certainly be looking to catch up for a drink and/or a meal..... and hopefully a Kenny Howes gig!! :D

My best wishes to you both.
