I've been trying to do some research on George's amps. I know the ones for the Beatles era, but I don't know after 1971.
1959-1961: Gibson Les Paul Tweed amplifier
1962-1963: Vox AC-30 TB
1963-1964: Vox AC-50 prototype amp, various versions with various stands
1964-1965: Vox AC-100 prototype amp, various versions
1965: Fender Bassman, blonde, piggyback (Paul also used this amp for his guitar and bass needs)
1966: Vox prototype hybrid amplifier, tube output/solid state preamp
1966: 1965(?) Fender Showman, blackface, studio only used through 1968
1966: Vox Super Beatles ('66 US Tour only)
1967: Various prototype tube and solid-state Vox amplifiers
1968: '66 Fender Deluxe Reverb, Blackface
1969-1970: '68 Fender Twin Reverb, Silverface
1971: Fender Princeton Reverb, Silverface (Concert for Bangladesh)
I've come to believe George strictly began using Fender amps after 1966, and only appeared with Vox amps. I believe everyone was using Fender amps in the Wilburys, but I'm not sure. George was smart, he usually plugged into the Vibrato channel of his Black/Silver face Fender amps.

Re: George's amps: With the Beatles and Beyond
hi,
they also used a Selmer amplifier which can be seen in pictures of their sessions at Abbey Road.
I think the Vibrato sound in the song "It's Only Love" was a Magnatone M-14 amplifier.
