Hello all,
Here are the first two collaborations I did with Simon Gilman, from the UK, who, in part, used my files to create his bass transcriptions.
Hopefully will be more to come.
pdf format transcriptions of these songs are available for download at http://www.miguelbass.com
A nice weekend to everyone!

This is the first contribution from Simon Gilman, who made his bass transcription of Astral Traveler. I added the same audio of my original audio bassline from 2008, with a slightly louder bass in the mix. Hopefully it will sound a bit better (along with the apparently better audio encoding of YouTube) . Thank you, Simon, for your excellent work, and hope this will be the first of many!

This is an old cover from 2001 where I added some non-bass parts played on the bass, to fill in for "Disillusion" and the guitar intro of Würm. The tremolo effect is a Boss TR-2 pedal, while the final fuzz was done with the multi-effects Boss ME-8B, along with it's octave effect at the very end. The transcription is another kind contribution from Simon Gilman. Hope you enjoy it!

Re: Astral Traveller/Starship Trooper [audio + transcription]
Hi Miguel,
I've had this one on my list to learn for some time now, so THANKS! because your work always helps out. I hope to find a good guitar tab for some of it as well, as it has some of Pete Banks best work contained within.
Please continue your fine work on CS bass parts and continue to share it here. It is always appreciated!

Not only does this point out the genius of Chris and brilliance of his bass parts, but also the acumen, talent, and work ethic you hold Miguel. Well done!
