I see you made it safely there also Paul (with Joey and Diane of course). I hope it was an easy drive for you guys.

Hey folks, don't forget to take lots of pictures and videos! Sure wish I could be there...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

You guys have fun. Play some Beatles songs for me. Mark
Re: San Francisco Bay Area Confluence ?
Sorry I missed Paul W's brunch
, I could hardly get out of bed due to back spasms. It happened yesterday while loading my Vibroverb amp in my Toyota Tacoma
Thought I'd be much better this morning, but didn't work out quite that way. I'll do everything in my power to be at the studio at 12 with a cheerful face on
in spite of all this. Have a chair ready or a chiropractor on hand
I'll have my two Ricks and the Vibroverb, if I can get one of you strapping youngsters to give me a hand
Man, it's hell getting old

The brunch was delicious! There's quite a crowd already brewing, and I can't wait to meet the rest at the studio. TIme to load up and move out! Pics to follow!

All I wanna do is rock!

Re: San Francisco Bay Area Confluence ?
I'm on my way out the door! Can't find my old Japanese Ric catalog though...
Re: San Francisco Bay Area Confluence ?
Well I made it
, though not as I wish I could've with the bad back.
Thanks to Kira for all her efforts, to Paul W. for hosting a brunch, and most of all to you guys who helped me load up my Ricks and amplifier.
Sorry I had to leave early, but recovering now with an ice pack and more Advil. Had fun finally meeting up with so many of you I've talked to before, but hadn't met. I hope the jam goes great !
Next time I'll be in better condition for playing a few licks
It was perfect weather, and a nice venue to meet up

Re: San Francisco Bay Area Confluence ?
Thank to Kira for putting this together. We all wanted to stay longer but 3/4 of the band needed to get back early...I dropped Dann (bass player) off at Zone Music in Cotati where he mentors youngsters . It was great to meet a few from the forum wish we could have hung to hear The Bobbleheads and jam a bit..next time hope. The band had fun..short shock and awe set and off we went...was sorry that PW didn't get to the studio in time to play a few with us. Great to see all those Ric guitars in one room!
Re: San Francisco Bay Area Confluence ?
Thank you all for a wonderful day!
George and company, John and company, The Wilczynskis, the SOCAL bunch, numerous friends and the Music Spectrum, all deserve a big hand for their lively and friendly participation. Thanks also to RIC and to the management of our RRF.
And I'm plumb tuckered, as they say ...
