Rivera Sedona 55 thoughts?

Post by Kilaen »

Ok, I've asked about practice amps, now I am curious if any of you have experience with Rivera Sedona 55's. I will most likely only buy one amp to play both my current acoustic Rainsong through and also my future 330 through. On paper, this amp fills the bill, but I was hoping someone here could give me some real world feedback on it. Anyone have any experience playing a Rick through one of these combos?

I think that amp would work just fine, as long as you are going for clean tone; the dome tweeter probably won't sound great with distortion. Lots of power for a practice amp, though!

This wouldn't be a practice amp, but would be the one amp I might acquire that would fill the bill for both an electric and acoustic amp. I don't think the wife would appreciate me practicing on a 55w amp!

Well, it does have volume and master controls on it, so your wife should have no problem with it; she will be the master!

So you're saying, if you have one of these you'll be able to control your wife? Hmmmm....

I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...
