Guitar collection photo

Post by JakeK »

A couple weeks ago, I was in my clubhouse and I rounded the guitars together for a group photo. The only one not present is the Jazz Bass.

This collection screams a Jazzmaster...or maybe a Gretsch...

Ignore the ****** phone quality photo, there will be a better one on the way!

Nice Jake.....looks like you've got your bases covered.
I'll try and round up mine for a group photo as well.

I think you may have started something Jake. There are a few missing from this picture.

Craig, I want to buy stock in the company that makes your guitar stands. I'd buy RIC stock, but there is none, of course! 8)

Craig appears to be in the stratosphere as far as number of Ricks goes. Probably rivals Graham Griffiths, Simon Mole, Gary Clauson, Dave Pascoe, and others(?). I have but a measly 19, 17 of which are in this shot of the Rickenbacker National Forest. One in this shot has been sold, but two others are out being restored:

Of course, the world's largest collection is likely John Hall's. As owner of the company, he can lay claim to the instruments in the RIC "museum" at the plant. And he likely has more at home.

I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...
