Need help dating my New Rickenbacker 4001

Thank you to all who helped me figure this bass out. One of the board members made me an offer I couldn't refuse. He has the ability to restore it to as near to original as possible. It would have taken me years to do it right so I have sold the bass to him and he can identify himself if he wishes.
