Ruby, Ruby, Ruby! With Binding

Post by godber »

Feeling pleased with myself as I've picked up a very nice 1981 370WB, checkered binding front and back. I haven't seen many so I guess it's a rare(ish) one. Inside the control cavity it says "special"...and it is. The TRC, which looks original (judging by the inprint it left in the finish) says it's a 360, so I guess the special could be the extra pick-up and/or the checkered binding.

It needs a really good clean, which is a nice job for the weekend. The neck is super-slim.

Good score Mark. That's a rare beauty. Unlike Scott............ if you catch my drift. :D

You think! Duh! who wouldnt be and i know how much the swine paid!
seriously probably one of the nicer Rics ive seen on the forum for a long time.

The last thing that I saw
As I lay there on the floor
Was "Jesus Saves" painted by an atheist nutter
And a British Rail poster read "Have an Awayday, a cheap holiday, Do it today!"
I glanced back on my life, and thought about my wife
Because they took the keys, and she'll think it's me

And I'm down in the tube station at midnight
The wine will be flat and the curry's gone cold
