Looking for a 1973 4001 rear pickup

Post by DBR »

Hello folks,
Does anyone know where I might be able to find an original 1973 4001 rear pickup? This is the one with the screws and not the magnetic bumps. I know someone that might be able to repair the router mess that has been created for the P Bass pickup that now inhabits the bass. Thanks

That would be a very early '73, right, as both my March and former July '73 4001 have the bumps, not screws?

Yes, the early '73's had the screw tops with large magnets.
