My New 2008 330-6 FG

Post by Full Cleveland »

I finally got my first Ric, a 2008 330-6 Fireglo, from Pick Of The Ricks. It is a real beauty, looks like it was never out of the case! The finish on this one is beautiful, much more dramatic colors than the 2010 I saw at Sam Ash. This one goes to a blood red at the outside and a nice pink blush in the center. Set up is first rate and Chris put on the strings I requested, D'Addario ECG23, XL Chromes. What an awesome guitar! :D Here are the requisite pictures:

That is a real beauty.... a very nice FireGlo finish !!

Now there's probably a few of those Karma Kings tunes to re-record and overdub with your Ric !! :D :D

Congrats Warren the new FG 330's are sweet. I love the small well proportioned headstock. :D

Great choice Warren - there's nothing more classic than a 330 in a nice, deep Fireglo. Enjoy!

Hi, congrats on the new guitar. I had a 330/6 from November, 2008 that looks like a long lost twin sister to yours. What month was yours made? BTW, you said "I finally got my FIRST Ric". As others will verify; your first Rick isn't usually your only Rick. Enjoy playing that real beauty. Start saving now for the other ones. Tom
(Psst.... start calling it a "Rick" and if you ever forget what Desi Arnez looked like, call it a "Ricky")
It's a Byrd, it's a playin'..........

Congratulations, Warren. I hope you are thoroughly enjoying your new purchase. You also managed to get it from the best Rickenbacker dealer on the planet, bar none!

I suppose Jeff could tell me this, but how do I tell what month it was made?
