Missing/Deleted/Censored Post
So I made a post on here yesterday casting aspersion on RIC. Too my surprise when I went to update the post i noticed it was gone. Could some moderator either email me or reply to this post to tell me what about my original post that was deemed inappropriate as to censor it. Long story short, I felt I was getting unfair customer service by RIC, So i guessed John Hall's email address. He responded and I am very pleased to say that the matter has been addressed more than satisfactorily. It was not my intent to shame RIC but merely voice a concern I had with their sales policies. If you cannot do that on a forum dedicated to the company and their products....

Hi Brian,
May I suggest that you familiarise yourself with the rules of the forum. viewtopic.php?f=25&t=391087
In particular rules 4 and 8.
Reading them should provide sufficient explaination when you consider the tone of your original post. If you need further clarification please feel free to PM me. I will be more than glad to assist.

Most of us have found that Ric is a very responsive company and lives up to their excellent reputation !
