ubroadcast - anyone have experience with this?

My latest hare-brained idea is to start an internet radio station. Anyone ever use this in any capacity before? Thanks, J

Lots of radio stations are represented on the net through live streaming. Check out this link: http://www.live365.com/index.live

We've been using Live365 for a couple of years (listening) works pretty good and a decent selection. I briefly started looking into doing my own "station", but gave up when I decided that I really don't have the time to even think about it right now...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Some do a 2 -3 hour segment every day or two and have it looped around the clock.
