Judging by some photos, it didn't take him too long to crack his pickguard! When, exactly, did he do his refin? During or after Pepper?

The guard was cracked by Revolver. The psychedelic paint was done mid-way through Pepper (maybe just before "All We Need is Love" and the whole finish was stripped between Let It Be and Abbey. Give or take.gemspa73 wrote:Judging by some photos, it didn't take him too long to crack his pickguard! When, exactly, did he do his refin? During or after Pepper?

After the original stripping, he stripped it again and rounded the horns.
