there is one error: Lennon performed live in 1968 with Eric Clapton, Keith Richards on bass, and Jimi Hendrix's drummer at The Rolling Stones Circus Show, and guess what he played? a Beatle's song.

The article was saying that he played only three AFTER the Beatles split. The Dirty Mac performed while the Beatles were still together. It was a great performance too. In the course of the R N R Circus, they were probably second only to the Who in terms of the quality of their performance.
