Pics from the 11/12/10 Philly show. Great show with an appearance by Mr. Pascoe.

+1! Thanks for posting those! 8)
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

I should be seeing you at South Park Tavern, the 18th. Cool little place, I've played there many times. In fact, just missed getting on the bill with you. But don't worry, you'll be playing with Dale Walton. He's something of a local legend, I think you're going to have a good time.

When you play your 12 string there may be some guy who'll keep yelling out for Bells of Rhymney. Don't sweat it, just tell him the same thing I tell him everytime, "Roger McGuinn and I have an agreement. I don't play any of his material and he doesn't play any of mine. So far he's upheld his end of the bargain, so I will hold up mine."

Thanks for posting the Philadelphia show pics. :) That fireglo 370/12 looks VERY cool! What music did he use it for (Byrdsy stuff, power pop, folk rock, etc.)?

Kenny played his songs (power pop) with a Monkees and a Big Star cover thrown in good measure.

Well, saw Kenny Howes' show last night. He's really tall. I was not surprised by his fine guitar playing but I was surprised by his voice. Kenny has a powerful voice and he can sing pretty high. Good songwriter, too.

Well then, one more kind word won't hurt...I was just reading the Cheap Trick thread, and listening to some of your stuff online. Their influence on you definitely shows. Maybe one day you can get on a bill with them . Makes sense to me.

My first time seeing them was when I opened for them in '94. :)

That's a fantastic song Kenny. Just love the energy it projects. :D
