Color Numbers & Availability?

Post by maximum_perlich »

I'm sure this may have been asked before but I couldn't find a thread so forgive me if this is redundant.

I was wondering if there was any info on the number of non-"standard" colors (fg, jg, mg) that are produced for each model each year?
This page mentions what years the different colors were available but not the numbers or percentage. http://www.the-music-connection.com/ricinfo.htm#fin

I've got a turquoise 360v64 12 string and I've seen others over the years but I'm wondering how common that color is.

You can get some ideas by using the "Advanced Search" function of the Register.

I punched in model 360 and Turquoise finish and came up with 28 items: http://www.rickresource.com/register/in ... celebrity=

And, as for "official" numbers, RIC doesn't publish that sort of info and probably wont tell you even if you ask...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Thanks for info. I guess I missed the advanced search. Now I can spend my sunday drooling over everyone's guitars.
