Coming up next weekend (Aug. 20,21,& 22) is the Fest For Beatles Fans in Chicago. Pete Best will be on hand as guest this year, but the BIG last minute breaking news is that Billy Preston will be making an appearance on Saturday and Sunday promoting his new CD, "Billy Preston Does The Beatles"! The CD won't be out until September, but he will be debuting the CD exclusively for fans in Chicago! He will be performing and talking to fans as well as signing sessions. I can't wait! Billy hasn't done a fest since 1987! I know I'm bringing some Apple LPs for him to sign! It's going to be a GREAT WEEKEND!!! Anybody else out there going?
