Does your 4003 Ric fit in SKB case?

Post by TomC »

Do any of you have your Ric in a SKB case? Any problems with fit? My '84 Ric case has had "the course" and is in very bad shape...Thanks

TomC-only had experience w/ the skb case it came in. check out ebay-there's a few cases going around. vintage silver ric case will be pricey tho...

Got both SKB & vintage.
You could fit an old 4001 in a new SKB and it's a much better case.
4003 fits like glove.

The SKB is the way to go, the vintage cases don't seem to hold up very well. My Blackstar came in a killer black tolex, too bad they changed the cases.
