The Decemberists & Peter Buck
The new Decemberists single, Down by the Water, features Peter Buck & some nice REM reminiscent Ric 12 string work. Their new album, The King is Dead, is due out January 18. I've already got my tix to see them in Chicago early Febuary. Hear a free sample of the tune here. Hear the whole album free here.

Thanks for mentioning, Bill, as I didn't know this recent PLB colloboration yet!

PLB plays on a couple of songs on the album from what I understand. Check out Calamity Song from the same album, with a riff that more than echoes Talk About the Passion.

It's a nice album, PLB or not, so I'll probably be getting it.

Chris Funk (the guitarist) used to play a 381/12 (IIRC), but has been playing an old Vox 12-string as of late.
