I might be crazy but I prefer the sound of the high gain in the bridge position. It sounds a bit thicker and fuller, but still agressive. Also, I've taken out the .0047 cap. I love the way this bass feels. It has the best neck ever, perfect balance, lightweight, and its really versatile. Throw on some Thomastik flats, and its a winner!

It's a C64s in jetglo. I actually sold the horseshoe that came with it and put a in new higain instead. Feels better to me without the shoes and its lighter too! Sounds better as well, but I'm sure I'm the only one who feels that way?

I'm with ya, I like the high gains, too.

that's me and some poor sod that was heckling my bass playing ! i took HJ-1522 to a re-enactment in ontario, canada ,and did a foto session before we went out into the field...with guns, that is. this was last october. afterwards, i went down to steve woods house, kicked in his door with my jackboots and drank all his beer !

t'was a color shot so i had jeff periodize and post it for me. great job, jps. (the canuck's arm is the "great canadian capo" ) get it ?
