The Delgados
I just stumbled across an old performance on You Tube of Thirteen Guiding Principles by The Delgados (sorry not sure how to link it). I searched the artists forum but didn't see anything on this Scottish Indie Rock band from the late 90's/early 2000's. They were great and there are two nice MG/BT Ricks in the video!

Yup. And I guess I got the name of the track wrong...it's gliding principles not guiding
