I remember seeing her with Black Flag in the mid '80s and I recall her playing a white 4001/4003 and wearing a matching white dress. Definitely a Rick though. One of the best concerts I have ever attended, and at the height of their Rollins' era with the release of Slip It In. I played that one to death!
