Mike, I would've taken that off your hands for a small fee (the bass that is). Photos of your bass were actually the basis for my PW refin and it was uncannily accurate, although the colour looks very different from photo to photo.

I'm digging the grain on the fretboard.

I just noticed in the shots of this bass that the pickguard is all wrong. Talked with Larry and he had Pickguardian copy the shape of the pg that was on this bass. It was apparently a rather bad replacement, but Tony dutifully cloned it. Larry's a good guy and offered an extra pg that looks right, and I'll swap it out when it gets here.

I'm digging the whole enchilada!
My first Ric was a used Azureglo 4001. I traded an Ibanez Musician bass for it back in 1982, and foolishly let it go a few years later. I've bought & sold many basses over the years, but that Azureglo (and especially my two 4080 doublenecks) is one I wish I could get back.
Congrats, it looks fantastic! Please give us a better look when it arrives.

Didn't notice that extra little hump at first. Good point.

Hump? What hump?
"Damn your eyes!"
"Too late!"

Love Marty Feldman.

Yeah, it wasn't just that little hump. This old replacement (the black one) was off in almost every direction. Larry and I will make it right.
