I have asked Dave to explain his first post. As Paul so ably notes it is completely out of context with this very old thread.

To get back in context: On my black bass shirt (with all the different basses on the front) the ink faded heavily. And instead of getting it refinished I thought I'd better buy a new one. But they are not available anymore. :( Any chance they will be in future?

Sorry, Bert...I wasn't pleased with the print quality on the bass or guitar T-shorts, so I discontinued them. The RRF logo black shirt (and the other dark-colored RRF T-shirts) look nice, though.

BTW, check out Vintage Guitar's full-color silk-screened commemorative T-shirt this year--Gibson Firebird (NOT the new one!). Pretty spectacular--not affiliated, incidentally...

I understand what you mean. PrintQuality wasn't very good. But I do like black shirts with pictures of Rickenbacker's so I had it on at least once a week since I've had it. Guess it will have to do for some more years then. ;-)

If he'd added non-sequitur replies to a whole bunch of other old posts, I'd suspect he was really someone else...

Thanks Erik,

That was my take on that post also. However, just in case it is in fact a legitimate new member, I have given the poster the benefit of doubt. He has 24 hours to respond. If not it will be another case of hello-goodbye.

Good Afternoon Paul,

Do you know if there is there any old inventory of the colored guitar shirts that can be part of a "blow-out" sale? I was just ready to purchase a few more, as luck would have it...! I'll even take faded!

Thanks!
