OK, I just signed up to play "Hey Jealousy" on guitar.

Being primarily a bass player, I am SOOO sorry!

We're just having fun anyway, right?

Edit: Just signed up for guitar/lead vox on "Take It Easy." Now you're all REALLY gonna be sorry!

its just a Jam amongst like-minded friends. It's not like its the Grammies and you're being judged or that you're on stage, sharing duties with super-stars like Paul McCartney ...

That's also why we try and have a little Pre Jam practice to try and sort a few things out, i.e. does the Chorus go before the Bridge or vice versa; and who can play this lick here and that riff there and when do the drums come in, etc. Besides, after five or six hours of jamming, you'd be surprised how good things sound .... or maybe our ears are just punch-drunk by that time

(Yeah, I'm setting myself up on this one ... bound to get some wisecrack from Jeff or Scotty B. or CJ, etc....)

Encouraged, but no required.

Maybe I'll wear a skinny tie as well.

Jake, we don't have the keys, though I suppose we could play it anyway; it all depends who's in the mood to play what-might be spontaneous. I prefer the more upbeat numbers like Need to Know and American Girl, or Runnin' Down a Dream, not that I don't like Refugee.
