Pix of MID V63?

Post by bassduke49 »

Does anyone have decent shots of one of the (very few) 4001V63 basses finished in Midnight Blue? I've got shots of all the other colors applied to that model, and I know a few Forumites have had one of these pass through. Looking for quality "portrait" shots in high resolution. Anyone?

I don't think I have anything good enough for your book Paul. Just a few snapshots.

There is a 4001V63 MID on the Register with pretty good pics taken by a seller from San Diego who posts high-quality photos on his ebay auctions: http://www.rickresource.com/register/vi ... lebrity%3D

Unfortunately the ebay auction that had the original pics is no longer "active." If the pics on the Register aren't good enough, you could get in touch with the seller through ebay and see if he would let you use his photos -- if he still has them.

Just a heads up Paul, I think there's a few V63's out there with "satin" Mid blue finishes as well.

Thanks, Ron. I'll try to contact the seller.

Scott, I know there are "satin" MID C64 and C64S, but a V63? You sure?

I THINK I saved the pics from Brian's V63 Ebay auction.

I'll check the old desktop computer and let you know Paul...if you are still looking, that is!

Aren't you mistaken bij MID Satin C64? (Of which I have a couple of shots from the ones Olivia sold, just like I have normal C64 MID shots from Olivia)

Yep. You guys are right. I'm mistaken the C64's for the V63. Sorry.....
