65 amps
Is anyone here using 65 amps? My guitar players both use them and they just kill me as to how good they sound. They aint cheap either. They use a Royal Albert and a SOHO with a 2x12 cabinet. They also make an apollo bass amp. I'm curious if anyone has tried the apollo... could be my next purchase...

What if they were ÷13?
Re: 65 amps
I have not tried one, but I just went to the website and saw that they are based on an EL84 power tube design. IMO, I prefer 6L6 power tube designed amps (vintage Fenders, modern Kustom Coupe series).
I also saw that the amps are a bit expensive (IMO), so I would recommend 'test driving' one if at all possible before spending that kind of money.

65 Amps really sound awesome, IMHO.
Their designs aren't rehashes of classic amps, and they have a sound all their own. Top notch components and handwired, these amps are built right.
Don't let the tube compliment fool you, they really have their own sound. I had a 6v6 equipped Empire head just floor me, and I'm an El-34 Hiwatt guy. I would trade my 1975 4 hole DR504 head for that amp any day of the week. In fact, I'm considering selling my Hiwatt halfstack to buy one.
I also tried one that had an ef86 and 12ax7 preamp that just sounded rich and full. Wow.
Expensive? Yes, but so is a Cadillac

Re: 65 amps
I think they sound killer!
I like the Divided by 13 brand as well. Both brands are sweet. . . and spendy.
