Now, just get rid of those pesky frets and you'll have the perfect fretless...

I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Should be here today. Got delayed with the big blizzard. It's 10 degrees F today, so she'll have to stay in the box until tomorrow. Photos to come!

Your killing me with this one Paul. I just took delivery of my first Ric, and I can't believe the wheel s are already turning again so soon. I've just simply got to ban myself from looking at all Ric porn.

Well you guys can probably tell that I grew up in a houshold where the anticipation and suspense was boiling over with the kids before Chrsitmas morning ! :D :D

And Paul B has masterfully recreated that anticipation with his story-teller's approach to unveiling this AzureGlo bass. 8) From the hints of pics we have seen here and there, it sure looks like a beauty !

Christmas is here! She's all warmed up so I took a quick snap. Larry Davis did such a great job. He put a back-painted clear acrylic pickguard on it, and in the right light, you get a little prismatic effect inside the edges. Beautiful finish, thin straight neck, good chrome overall (tailpiece and treble pickup surround replaced with new). I'll get better shots when the weather warms up. It's a whopping 8 degrees F today! My camera photographs blues a little oddly. It's not quite this light and bright to the eye.
