Especially in the shape that it is in. Well, at least it was being used, which is more than I can say about the one in my collection. :?

I should get that list and add it to the Girth database file.

The Shadow I have (and I suspect all the others) has less "girth" than any of my other basses, '72s included!

Wasn't worried about the girth, but I can add another sheet to the spreadsheet to list the serial numbers.

Yep, skinny neck. Narrower at the nut by ~3mm and thinner front-to-back.

Mine saw some action yesterday, at band rehearsal. Shiny and well looked after, but not a case queen. We recorded a couple of songs and she sounded awesome (neck pickup solo'ed).

Most of the 4003 basses from that era had very nice (skinny) necks.

To the original question, yes, it is Chris Pappas who is the Numbermaster.

It is I....the "Shadow-meister" hahaha

ZI-2485 is a NEW addition to the registry....that makes 27 serial #'s accounted for as of 2/13/2011

*EDIT : make that 28

I still own mine, if you keep track of owners.
