24 hour wait PERIOD

Post by Ilikewater »

This is excruciating and scary. My guitar is here, its in the box marked glass. I know what is in that box, and I WANT IT! I will not open it. I will wait for 3pm tomorrow when I get off for the weekend and then spend all weekend in bliss. That way, when I look back on our relationship, I'll know we didn't rush things. We waited for each other to be comfortable and in the mood. Warm and cozy and relaxed. Nobody is going to force anybody into anything here. We can tell all our songs how we respected each other's autonomy, and we expect the same from them when they find the ones they love.

But what if she is hurt? What if she is in that box in pain? Did that mean UPS man drop you? Not hold you right? drive through the snow with the doors open wide? I want to sneak a peak...but not before our wedding day.

Beside, I plan on making the honeymoon totally worth the wait!

If it is a "she".. Presumably she was with someone else before you. I hope you "measure" up...

Where did "she" come from? Does the box/case feel cold, does moisture condense on the case? If it's warm, and you're in B'Field, go ahead and open "her" up.

I would recommend a cold shower before opening -- for you, that is, not the guitar . . .

sorry, we have been very busy. She just got back from New Jersey, but I don't hold it against her. She was in so cal for 3 days before we met, and the wait was well worth it! I will try to get some pictures on here soon, but I just can't stop playing with her. Its like we have known each other for years. As to the comments about her previous relationships, she was saving herself for the one. All 3 months of her life, and I'm the lucky man! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE :!:  :) :!:

p.s. I must thank Chris at Pick of the Ricks for setting us up and Mr. Bob Anderson for telling me about Chris' talent for match-making.
