I missed it by a day. I usually check once or twice a week for them but missed it. Anyone know if more will be available soon? I bought a Jetglo 4003 from a bandmate that I've been wanting to put a horseshoe in.

PS this is my first post, but this seems like an ideal topic for me to "get started" in

Welcome to the forum, Brett. Just keep periodically checking the RIC Boutique page to see when they are available again.
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

Welcome Brett. Earlier in this post someone said that Rickenbacker might possibly be building some more RIHS pups later in the month. Keep looking Bro, you'll get one. Mark

I'm not pointing the finger to anyone here, but I bet we will see some of these Horses on ebay at a much marked up price... :x

Well, I think it's a good sign that Ric put them up on the site again. My guess is they'll be back up before too long. I wouldn't be one bidding on one.

Welcome, Brett.

I, too, missed out (due to work craziness), but I will still wait for them to be available again.

I missed out also. But what really bums me out is that I emailed them days before that asking when they might be available, and was told they had no idea when they would be available and they had no demand to make them. And then they did become available days later!

Hopefully more soon.

Richard at RIC customer service didn't know the pickups were available till after the first batch sold out. JH doesn't make daily announcements on parts availability to the guys. Also, it's not that there was no demand to make them, it's that RIC isn't making any basses that demand the part.

Does this mean that all outstanding orders for c64's have been filled?

That all makes great sense. I guess I just made the assumption that in a smaller company like RIC, Richard would know when parts come into the store. Especially something like this that people were excited about.

Please don't read any ill will or anger into my posting. Just bummed that I did miss it. I had been looking on a very regular basis for them, but then stopped when I was told there was no ETA in site for them! I'll just have to keep looking daily! :D

I put my order in the day they appeared - unfortunately I missed out on the 1st batch. Rumor has it  that more may be made soon for those of us waiting in line...

FWIW, if you want one, put in an order and get in line! And - no cutting in!
