. ..would be interesting! We do have a lot of data (variety) on width and thickness of the respective models necks.

I have some radius gauges I borrowed from iiipopes and most of my basses measure 10'', which is flatter than a typical Fender but rounder than a lot of the ultra-modern designs. I have not gotten around to measuring my 4001FL, but I will soon.

Well, you can look up the 4004 models on the RIC site too. All are listed as 25.4cm (10")...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

What are the chances of a compound radius neck in a future Rick guitar? Seems to appeal to the young'uns.....

I suppose there are variables with the radius just as there are with the neck widths, thickness, etc....

My 21 fretter was rounder than my 2x'72s, which are rounder (slightly) than my old '73, which was rounder than my 2xCSs (very flat).....beyond that I can't remember.

My two newer 4003s go from 10'' to 12'' if I remember correctly. My 4001FL is 12'' all the way across. My 4003FL is 15-16'' but that's because someone sanded the fingerboard down, sorry to say it was a bit flawed when I first got it but now it plays like a dream.
