Maybe not, as the numbers are all over the place. If you look closely the oldest of the month's production is #50... mine (#17) has a higher serial number than yours, and #3 and #6 have higher serial numbers than mine!
Give Rich Cannata at Ric's service dept. a call. He can verify it for you, as that info is available to them.

Congratulations Andrew, welcome to the club :D I'd be interested to know where the cracks in the finish are just to see if they are in any way consistent with mine. (One small one where the nut meets the headstock)

Anyone have an Idea on how many have been made the first year and what month they started production?

Hmm. Interesting, since D48465 is registered as being #30...

Ah, I see! D48465 just happens to have a picture of the certificate which clearly says it's #32. I'll have to fix that...

I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Gorgeous collection, Andrew.

Especially the JG 4003S! I'm gonna put on my Rickengeek cap and guess it's a 1996 model. Why do I think this, you ask? Because it was made in the very short time that the 4003 had both the old headstock, and the new thinner horns.

She is in fact a 96, I popped a toaster three years ago and a horseshoe is on the way from the folks at Rickenbacker.
Good catch on the year!
