How exactly do you insert a picture into a private message or an email via the rickresource forum?

I think I've done it before, but I cant seem to get it done now.

I use photobucket in a PM Scott.One coming your way.

The PM doesn't have an Upload Attachment option, so you have to use the "Img" button. This requires the picture to be hosted somewhere on the web and you put the URL in between the img tags...
