Yep
Les Gets down
Cliff could put metal up your ***
Steve Harris jams love the Trooper
Bootsy is great but it gets annoying to hear hear say "oh yeah baby" on every line he speaks
Did Rick James play bass or just hold a Ric on the album cover to be cool? His other talents are snorting half of Columbia and kidnapping women and making them sex slaves.

Has anyone mentioned Brian Wilson yet?
Pet Sounds was not only the precursor to Pepper, it also moved Macca's bass playing in a new direction.
Happy Easter, TWIMA.

Re: Favorite Bassists
I won't argue that Brian Wilson "could" play bass, and did play bass on early tours, and likely wrote bass lines for much of their music. But I've been under the impression that studio musicians such as Carol Kaye and maybe Joe Osbourne "played" most of the bass lines on the familiar recordings. Yes?
