Oh, does it have side dots at every fret or at standard positions?

That bass is tight. I want to put a black pickguard on my Jetglo.

I just love the black dots on the fingerboard...

I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Did I say, "4003FLPW JETGLO ROCKS"?
Oh yeah, I did, but don't stop me. I like the sound of that!

That is so very very stunning!!

I agree with the "silver raindrops" detail, works so well with the chequered binding :)

As with the original Shadows, it has the dots in line with the fretboard dots; standard position.

It's my first fretless, and I love playing it. It's not difficult at all to imagine correct finger positions without those stupid lines that some people put on fretless basses.

Not to give the impression that I'm a bass whiz, but I'm having fun learning. It's a powerful feeling.

+1!
I agree with you 100% about cheat lines.
You can get lots of sounds and expressions with a fretless that you can't get with a fretted bass.
Don't get too carried away with the sliding harmonics.

That's a beautiful bass Paul. I agree with you and Joey. There's no need for those silly and impractical fret lines on a fretless bass.

This topic will appear in the Rickenbacker Fretless Basses Forum as well. It's worthy of both forums.
