Hello & Pics of my new 370/6 VP

Post by bterry »

Hello,

Just picked up this 370/6 VP in Jetglo - according to the serial#, it was made the first week of January 2008.

Here are a few pics: I really don't know a lot about this model, can anyone chime in and give some info? There are so many variations, etc...i can't keep track!

Cheers!

BT

Welcome, Brian!

That is a model 370, same rounded body style as a 360 but with the third, middle pickup.

As jps said, the 370 (as opposed to 360) indicates that it has the third pickup. The "VP" stands for "Vintage Pickup", signifying that it has toasters rather than the standard Hi-Gains.

Looks like a great guitar! Enjoy it, and welcome to the forum!

Yeah, I didn't think about the VP designation; all my Ricks have toasters, to me, that is just the way they are supposed be.
