USA Peaveys

Post by jack1953 »

I know Tony has tried to witness to these, but coming from someone who has only been playing bass guitar for a little over 2 years, without any preconceived bias, I will say that of all the basses I've had in my possession the last 2 years, buying, returning, and selling, to find my personal favorite and fit, the USA Peaveys are the best, overall (including affordability, playability, and versatility), that I have ever played and/or owned.

My list isn't as large as most and does not include any bass guitar over 2 thousand dollars, but here is a list of some that I've had;

Rickenbacker, Peavey, Fender, Ibanez, Schecter, ESP, Hofner, Rogue, and Squire.

Let's hear it for the ole USA Peaveys! :D Hip hip hooray, hip hip hooray ..................... :roll: come on everyone............you don't sound very excited!! :?

I once had a Peavey T-40, it has one of the best necks I've ever played but they had to be sat down with...

Fortunately, the T-40 is the only true 'beast', weight wise. The Millennium Plus I have is probably more along the weight of a 4004 than a 4003!

Tony loves his Peavey basses. They are great for gigs where you are worried that someone my take more than a passing interest in your Rick bass.

There, I brought the thread back on track ..................you numpties. :lol:
