I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

There is something (classic?) which I like very much about the plain normal JG. Everytime I see an older example I think that I should have one also someday maybe.

Nice one Thomas, you must have great neighbours if you recorded that at 2am!
Love that bass man, is that the same badass bridge that Ged uses?

Thanks!

My neighbors were fast asleep when I was recording that. It's all through headphones!

Yes, that is the Badass I bridge, same as Geddy's.

The tuners are Schallers because for whatever reason my set of Grover titans ' shaft isn't long enough and the large nut that tightens down on the headstock face dosent have enough length to grab any threads on the tuner.
I guess Geddy's set of Grover Titans were different???? :?

Thanks for watching.

Great work, Thomas!

Funny, the guy on your Youtube page that complained about the "klacking." I think some people don't get that that's part of the appeal of the Rick tone.

Thanks Mark!

I haven't seen that vid since I posted it.
Is there really that much 'klacking' in it??
