Not quite an S

Post by jdogric12 »

Hey gang. Anyone remember that '84 4003 with 2-piece neck project I got??? I got it back from Gary this week...

The S curves look awesome!!! It's JG, by the way. Will post pics soon as I can. I've gathered most of the parts, now to put Humpty Dumpty back together again and get it soldered up. Got one of them new purty horsies to put in it! So it will be like a v63, really, with neck binding and triangly thingies. Stay tuned!!!

Nice one!

I've always wanted to do something like that myself.
Pretty much the perfect rickenbacker in my mind!

But - no pics, no bass ;)

Sleek is right... super thin neck, little to no gloss for slide-a-bility! 8) This is a jetglo even Tony could like! ANTI-fingerprint glo!

Wait...It has neck binding and shark tooth inlays, but no body binding? It has an S body, but a deluxe neck?

This is illogical. This does not compute. There is no such bass. There is no such bass. This can not happen. Confusion...Confusion...Error... Error...

Must. Destroy!!
