Uh oh ...
Oh i just checked the forum and i saw my last post (the luthier hating rick basses) has been fired ... well people my sincere apologies, i didn't meant to fire a WWW, it was more like "hey look at there and have a laugh at what that guy is saying and say what you think" ... i spelled the"bad word" in what i tought was a funny way ... i was not my intention to break the filters ecc ...

Re: Uh oh ...
Mat, the filters are there purposely to block offensive words, not for people to think of clever ways to get around them. See the thread stickied at the top of the basses forum.

No harm, Mat, just consider it experience!
Not too long ago, I was just about to post what I thought was a witty reply to someone's comment, and then I realized it was off-color humor (although not outright vulgar) so it was not appropriate for a family forum and I did not post it.

I've been guilty of crossing a line here a time or 2
, but never intended to be offensive, only humorous. In going to some of these other very popular music forums, I realize how happy I am that I can come here and not have to look at all that rubbish.

I normally avoid the big chain restaurants, especially ones that claim to be Italian food. BLEECCCCCCHHHH!!
The authenticity of most the food come comes in factory pre-made to heat up pouches.

Okay, Diane and I will go to a mom & pop Italian restaurant owned and operated by Italian Americans, then we'll meet back up with you, Janey and the kids after you're done at the OG.TONY LOVES JETGLO wrote:That's it, next time you get to Florida, we ARE going to O**** G*****!

What are you saying Joey, that you're a good Italian, or an Italian joke?rickenbrother wrote:You referring to me?Crickey, It's Mikey! wrote:There's a good Italian joke in there somewhere![]()

Sorry, I just couldn't resist...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...
Re: Uh oh ...
Even as a 1/3 Italian American I've always been offended by OG commercials claiming that I would be treated like family. Since when does my family present me with a guest check on the way out, and what Italian would take his visiting relatives from "the old country" to the OG in the first place, as has been depicted in some of their commercials?

Spot on Dane. As being one half myself I always thought that it was a place you could count on for a less than mediocre meal.
