I just saw this auction and my question is how rare is it to get a hold of NOS rickenbacker bodies and parts?

Re: NOS Rickenbacker Parts?
gah, I am only 1/2 way there! Is the discussion lively?
Re: NOS Rickenbacker Parts?
It's really not hard to get to 30 posts, just ask more questions and bring up topics you are interested in.
As for the topic in question, no, it's not all that lively. Most of the discussion seems to be around why RIC hasn't caused the auction to be pulled since they don't release seconds (not now anyway, I have no idea if this was always the case), leading people to think these may either be stolen or fakes...

Re: NOS Rickenbacker Parts?
I'll just add that I checked out their "other" auctions and it mostly looks to be used higher-end pro video production equipment (Grass Valley products, etc) with about 3 of 23 auctions being for these "NOS" mystery Rics....
Odd mix..
I beleive that Mr Hall et all are vacationing at present, so that may be why the auction continues...
