Hardshell Case question
Which Rickenbacker hard shell case will fit a 350 Liverpool?
Re: Hardshell Case question
PM sent.
Re: Hardshell Case question
Will the case that the 620 comes in fit the 350 Liverpool or is it the 330 case?
Re: Hardshell Case question
I think the 620 case will be too short for the 24 fret 350. The 330 case is long enough but is too wide for the 350 body.
I believe the cases for the 650 series might work well.

Re: Hardshell Case question
I forgot about that one. It also may be the one the 350SH came it.
Re: Hardshell Case question
According to the Rickenbacker page: "94001 Molded, SKB, for all 600 Series, model 350 and 230 GF". I seem to recall that the 650 had a longer case than the other 600 series guitars so this may not be totally accurate.
Edit: I found this on an older price list from RIC:
"Standard Cases
94001 Molded, for all 600 Series models, model 350 and 230GF
Vintage Reissue Cases
94500 For model 650
94530 For all 600 and 350 series guitar models"

Hardshell Case question
Re cases for 600 series guitars, I have a '96 650 Atlantis in it's orginal case and a 2004 year, 660-12 model and both cases seem identical to me in length, breadth, etc. The 650 and 660 fit interchangeably in those cases.

Are these standard cases or vintage reissue?8mileshigher wrote:Re cases for 600 series guitars, I have a '96 650 Atlantis in it's orginal case and a 2004 year, 660-12 model and both cases seem identical to me in length, breadth, etc. The 650 and 660 fit interchangeably in those cases.

Re: Hardshell Case question
I measured the 350 Liverpool and it is about 39 inches. I may be off by +/- .25 inch or so.

Re: Hardshell Case question
Just measured my 650C molded case which fits the guitar quite snugly. From rear of body to tip of headstock it's 38" give or take a quarter inch. Body width is 13". There isn't much, if any, leeway either direction within the case.
If it is to be, it is up to me.
Re: Hardshell Case question
I believe the 350SH case would be the same type that came with your guitar. Black Tolex with blue plush lining.

The RIC/SKB black molded plastic cases didn't come along until 1995.

Yes, that's the one.
Are these available anywhere?
