What do you think of the roland cb 100 bass amp for a 4003?

I'm considering buying one for just under 400 dollars online because there aren't any of these amps at music shops near me. I really don't want to buy it and find out all of the good reviews were for other basses; the only review i could find from someone with a ric bass said they didn't like it but i would like more opinions.

Well the old Roland cubes had their own sound that you either liked or you didnt. The new ones are modeling amps that will sound whatever you like..
Roland seem to be like Fender in that their amps always seem to have more power than their wattage suggests, I use an 80s supercube 60 and it seems to have no end of volume.

The cube amp is a bit of an institution and I'm not aware of any bad ones..
