How much action does the Chris Squire see? Does it have Rotosound strings on it like Chris himself uses?

The CS only gets work at the home studio nowadays, tho' it gigged heavily in the 90s. The chrome is rubbed off one the horseshoes where I rest my palm.
I used to call it "My Gig-Getting Bass". Whenever I auditioned for a band I took that bass, couple times they hired me as soon as I opened the case! LOL

I had a chance to buy a brand new CS in 1992. I had the money in my hand, but I needed to replace two of my keyboards that were stolen the day of a show.

I still kick myself every time I think of how I should have bought the bass instead.

I currently have two Rickenbacker 4003's, (one Midnight Blue and the other in Jetglow) but man, I really would love to have a CS.

I love these photos Ronn. I'm a lefty but they still look a bit backwards to me. Perhaps because I play right-handed.
