Serial # ???

Went to Rickenbacker Decoder on their Site & got Production date info. Do any of the numbers in S/N decode anything else?

Not on modern instruments. Some of the serial numbers back in the 1950s and before had info on model and perhaps even color, but nobody really knows for sure what the secret decoding of those was...

Actually, on the more recent instruments, the first two digits give the week of production, e.g., 05 02xxx would be the second week in 2005.
