Back in the saddle

Post by marc61 »

I don't have a working camera right now but, this pic is very recent. The basses arrived today.

Haven't had a Ric bass in almost two years I think

How does it feel to be a Ric bass man again? Those are nice, hope they play as good as they look!

Feels great :D

They play and sound excellent. This is my first time owning the newer ones (FWI, push/pull pot). The MB has the two piece neck. To me they both feel and sound very much the same. Tonal range amazing. Play like butter. What else could a bassist want?

A bigger bass-side horn, 7-screw tailpiece, crushed inlays, toaster, horseshoe, wavy Grovers, checkered binding, a back-painted plexi TRC, and a thinner neck, apparently. Welcome to the forum Marc!!!

I didn't see that coming. You just need to work harder on the ducking technique.
