How to wash your car with one bucket of water...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Pretty cool, actually! 8)

This one's pretty creepy in it's emotions on display, but pretty intense, too.

I couldn't resist this one...the cool cars and my old neighborhood...I moved to this area (Sunset and Doheny) back in '79. It was kind of quiet even then, but seeing it in the "I Get Around" era can't be beat.

The Gypsy Red/Shoreline Beige '55 Nomad is just like my first car, minus the rust...notice also the '62 T'Bird convert (I had a '61 coupe), the Falcon Sedan Delivery (I had a couple of '60 Chevy SDs), and the '40s Ford or Merc woodie at the end. There's also a blue MGA...I had a white one...Some of my fave cars.

Wow... nice footage, Paul. Do you know why they shot this? Is it mentioned somewhere?

It looks the same now, only different.
Turner's is still there at Doheny.

I miss those days of a clean, slower paced L.A.

I dunno fer shure, but in the still of the youtube, that building on the right with "Party" painted on it looks suspiciously like the building that now (and since somewhere around that time) houses the Whiskey.
